SHORT TITLE : Magna Carta for Homeowners' Associations
ABSTRACT : "Magna Carta for Homeowners' Associations". Homeowners' associations aim to improve, in their own little way, the quality of life of Filipino citizens albeit such may be limited to their respective memberships only. The bill seeks to remove the ambiguities concerning the role, rights and powers of homeowners' associations by defining and delimiting the same. It will also define the relationship between members and officers of homeowners' associations, the relationships between homeowners' associations and local government units and the relationships between homeowners' associations and concerned national agencies.

Abstract

"Magna Carta for Homeowners' Associations". Homeowners' associations aim to improve, in their own little way, the quality of life of Filipino citizens albeit such may be limited to their respective memberships only. The bill seeks to remove the ambiguities concerning the role, rights and powers of homeowners' associations by defining and delimiting the same.
