| ABSTRACT : The bill penalizes any person who violates PD 957 (law regulating the sale of subdivision lots and condominiums) with a fine ranging from P500.000 to P1 Million or 100% of the total purchase price of the property sold and imprisonment ranging from 4 years to not more than 10 years. |

Abstract
