The mandate of providing speedy labor justice is negated particularly for workers who can not afford a protracted, costly and frustrating litigation in another level of appeal. |

Abstract
This bill aims to eliminate one layer of appellate body, the Court of Appeals, with regard to decisions of the National Labor Relations Commission. The mandate of providing speedy labor justice is negated particularly for workers who can not afford a protracted, costly and frustrating litigation in another level of appeal.
