ABSTRACT : This bill declares it unlawful for any person to operate any portable electronic devices like amateur radio transceivers, citizens band radios, pagers, cellular phones, text messaging devices, remote control devices and all other types of portable radio transceivers, whose operation may endanger the safety of the flight of an aircraft. |
