ABSTRACT : To encourage the development of machines and technology that would enhance the productivity of women in rural areas, the bill proposes the grant of the following incentives: a) financial grant for the fabrication of models of the machines; b) exemption from all taxes, duties and fees; and c) collateral-free loans from government banks. | |

Abstract
