FULL TITLE : AN ACT INSTITUTING REFORMS IN LAND ADMINISTRATION
SHORT TITLE : Land Administration Reform Act of 2004
ABSTRACT : "Land Administration Reform Act of 2004." The bill provides for the creation of the Land Administration Authority that will be responsible for land administration and public land management. It also establishes the Land Adjudication Board that shall have jurisdiction to adjudicate land administration and public land management matters.
