ABSTRACT : The measure seeks the creation of the National Agrarian Reform Adjudication Commission (NARAC) which shall have jurisdiction over all agrarian disputes, including the determination of just compensation. Its adjudicatory functions shall be exercised through five divisions that shall act independently of each other. Each division shall have Provincial Agrarian Reform Adjudicators (PARADs) who shall have exclusive original jurisdiction over all agrarian disputes. |
