| SHORT TITLE : National Police Commission Act of 2002 | |
| ABSTRACT : "National Police Commission Act of 2002". The bill provides for the reorganization of the National Police Commission to enable it to effectively discharge its functions as described in the Constitution and in pertinent statutes. The Commission shall take charge of police operations relating to the public safety of the nation, administer affairs concerning police education, police commission, criminal identification, criminal statistics and police equipment. | |
