FULL TITLE : AN ACT GRANTING AUTOMATIC CIVIL SERVICE ELIGIBILITY TO ALL ELECTED LOCAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS
ABSTRACT : The provision of Republic Act No. 6850 and other laws notwithstanding , all elected local government officials who have served at least one (1) complete term of office, shall be automatically granted civil service eligibility and eligible for appointment to public office.
