SHORT TITLE : Mandatory Marriage Counseling Act
ABSTRACT : "Mandatory Marriage Counseling Act". The present law only prescribes marriage counseling in cases where parental consent or parental advise is needed. This bill aims to provide for mandatory counseling for all couples intending to marry. It seeks to educate couples on the rigors of marriage and how to cope with the challenges that will face them everyday for the rest of their lives.

"Mandatory Marriage Counseling Act". The present law only prescribes marriage counseling in cases where parental consent or parental advise is needed. This bill aims to provide for mandatory counseling for all couples intending to marry. It seeks to educate couples on the rigors of marriage and how to cope with the challenges that will face them everyday for the rest of their lives.'
