| ABSTRACT : The bill grants a monetary reward ranging from P5,000 to P50,000 to any person who reports to the proper authorities theft of electric power transmission lines/materials. It also increases the penalty for violations of Section 3 of RA 7882 to an amount ranging from P150,000 to P500,000. |
