ABSTRACT : “Higher Education Act of 2010.” Defines the composition of the commission as a collegial body independent and separate from the Department of Education (DepEd) and attached to the Office of the President for its administrative function, which covers both public and private institutions of higher education offering degree programs as well as degrees of post-secondary institutions including local government supported colleges and universities.
