ABSTRACT : "Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2004." The bill seeks to impose penalties for the following cybercrimes: a) illegal access to the whole or any part of a computer system or network; b) illegal interception; c) data interference; d) system interference; e) misuse of devices; f) computer forgery; g) computer fraud; and h) unsolicited commercial communication. |
