"Victims of Crime Act f 2010." Seeks to define the rights of the victim, establish an Office of Victims of Crime, create a crime victims fund administered to all populations affected by victimization, including undeserved populations, such as sexually exploited children and victims residing on tribal lands in order to compensate and assist victims of crime.
