ABSTRACT : "Anti-Red Tape Act of 2004." The bill prescribes the following waiting period for the issuance of business permits: a) barangay-one day to 30 days; b) city or municipality-one day to 45 days; c) province-15 days to 60 days ; and d) national agencies-15 days to 120 days.
