ABSTRACT : Repeals the provisions on sedition in the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines to make it consistent with the explicit mandate under the present Constitution and existing legislation on press freedom, freedom of expression, legitimate criticism of official conduct and the right of the people to peaceably assemble to petition the government for redress of their grievance. |

Abstract
