This bill reorganizes the Bureau of Immigration and constitutes it into a commission to be known as the Commission on Immigration and Naturalization. With this proposed legislation, the antiquated systems and procedures on immigrarion being adopted in our country will be strengthened and streamlined to conform with modern trends. | |
