ABSTRACT : Rationale: Education Supervisors perform several major functions such as training, monitoring and consulting pertaining to the specific instruction program they are handling. Apart from rendering their expert and technical services to several school districts and hundred of teachers and school administrators, they are also doing administrative and other works delegated to them by their Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents, thus the necessity of upgrading their salary grades. |
