FULL TITLE : AN ACT INCREASING THE PENALTIES AGAINST UNLAWFUL IMPORTATION AND OTHER VIOLATIONS TO THE TARIFF AND CUSTOMS CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES, AS AMENDED
ABSTRACT : This bill declares any person who fraudulently imports or brings into the country, or assists in so doing, any article, contrary to law, or receives, conceals, buys, sells, or in any manner, facilitates the transportation, concealment, or sale of such article after importation, knowing the same to have been imported contrary to law, guilty of smuggling and be penalized accordingly.
