| ABSTRACT : "Anti-Smoking Act of 1998". PROHIBITS smoking of cigarettes, pipes and cigars in hospitals, medical clinics, schools, public conveyances , enclosed or confined public areas, airconditioned rooms or buildings such as offices, hotels, shoppings malls, movie houses, recreational places and restaurants, except in designated smoking areas. Penalizes violation of this Act. | |

"Anti-Smoking Act of 1998".
