| ABSTRACT : This bill amends the Laguna Lake Development Authority Law, as amended, and restores to the local government of San Pablo City the jurisdiction over the Seven Lakes. The condition of the seven lakes in San Pablo City deteriorated due to the failure of the LLDA to closely manage and develop it. |

Abstract
