ABSTRACT : Among others, this bill: 1) prohibits the disposition of any subdivision or condominium project until all the necessary improvements and infrastructure have been completed; 2) declares ipso facto as local government property abandoned roads in subdivisions that have been in existence for not less than ten (10) years. |
