ABSTRACT : This bill establishes the Solar Energy Development Authority which shall undertake researches, and promote the development and utilization of the solar energy. Being a tropical country, the Philippines is blessed with abundant sunlight which can be tapped as an inexhaustible, cheap and environmentally safe source of energy. As compared to other conventional fuel, solar energy merely harnesses the heat of the sun hence, it does not pollute the air nor the sea. |
