ABSTRACT : The bill seeks to create a bicycle lane in designated roads so as to provide biking enthusiasts a safe and well-deserved byway where they can pass without obstruction or danger from vehicular traffic. A successful promotion of biking as a means of mass transport will bring about a healthy populace free from respiratory ailments and will drastically cut fuel expenses. It will also declog the streets from too much traffic. |

Abstract
