ABSTRACT : Computer education and information technology is the wave sweeping every corner of the globe. In order to raise our competitiveness with our ASEAN neighbors, we should equip our students with the necessary skills in the operation of computers. This bill seeks to require all public high schools to establish and maintain a computer facility that will provide and ensure students access to computers. | |
