SHORT TITLE : Genuine Party-list Group And Nominee Act
ABSTRACT : Provides that a party-list group, to be eligible for registration, has to be proven as such in an evidentiary public hearing conducted by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) that it truly represents a marginalized and underrepresented sector and its nominee truly belongs to the sector that he seeks to represent.
