AN ACT REPEALING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED SEVENTY-ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE 'LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE OF 1991' (Proposes to do away with the three (3) additional members in the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Panglunsod and Bayan.)
