| ABSTRACT : This bill shall apply to all seized/confisca ted illegally cut, gathered, removed, and possessed logs, lumber, flitches, and other forest products not subject of a pending litigation in court; or those without claimants or offenders against whom a case could be filed; or those found abandoned within forest areas or elsewhere. > The public auction by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) through the Natural Resources Development Corporation (NRDC) of seized/confisca ted illegally cut, gathered, removed, or possessed logs, lumber, flitches, and other forest products us hereby prohibited. |
