SHORT TITLE : Encouraging the Construction, Establishment and Operation of Private Ports in the Philippines
ABSTRACT : The bill seeks to allow private and public entities to construct, establish and operate a port even without prior approval by the Philippine Ports Authority provided that the operation of the port is directly connected to and is an integral part of the principal business of said entity and is for its exclusive use.
