| ABSTRACT : Under this bill, LGUs shall be given an equitable and justified sharing in the proceeds derived from the utilization and development of the National Wealth within their respective areas as well as proceeds derived by any government agency or government owned or controlled corporations engaged in the development and utilization of hydrothermal, geothermal and other sources of energy. |

Abstract
Under this bill, LGUs shall be given an equitable and justified sharing in the proceeds derived from the utilization and development of the National Wealth within their respective areas as well as proceeds derived by any government agency or government owned or controlled corporations engaged in the development and utilization of hydrothermal, geothermal and other sources of energy.
