SHORT TITLE : Family Bonding Act |
ABSTRACT : "Family Bonding Act." To enable families to enjoy long week-ends, the bill provides for non-working holidays falling on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to be observed on Mondays and for non-working holidays falling on Thursdays to be observed on Fridays. However, the observance of Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Christmas Day and New Year's Day shall be exempt from the proposal. |
