| ABSTRACT : "Magna Carta of Filipino Seafarers". The measure seeks to grant Filipino seafarers the following rights, among others: access to educational advancement and training, access to relevant information, humane conditions of work and to standard compensation, self-organization, collective bargaining and participation in democratic exercises, and legal representation. To expedite and simplify documentary processing, it provides for the establishment of the One-Step Center where concerned government agencies shall be represented. | |

Abstract
"Magna Carta of Filipino Seafarers". The measure seeks to grant Filipino seafarers the following rights, among others: access to educational advancement and training, access to relevant information, humane conditions of work and to standard compensation, self-organization, collective bargaining and participation in democratic exercises, and legal representation.
