ABSTRACT : Penalizes any company for violating this Act with a fine of not less than Ten Million Pesos (P10,000,000.00) for the first offense; Thirty Million Pesos (P30,000,000.00) for the second offense and Fifty Million Pesos (P50,000,000.00) and closure of the establishment of the third offense. |
