ABSTRACT : The bill seeks to grant Career Executive Service Eligibility (CESO) to graduates who have been conferred a doctorate degree to qualify them for appointment to executive positions in the civil service. It requires the registrars of accredited colleges/universities to regularly furnish the Civil Service Commission with a list of graduates conferred with a doctorate degree. |
