ABSTRACT : Proposes to AMEND the initiation of the RECALL PROCESS. RECALL OF ANY ELECTIVE PROVINCIAL, CITY, MUNICIPAL OR BARANGAY OFFICIAL SHALL BE VALIDLY INITITATED UPON PETITION OF AT LEAST TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT (25%) OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF REGISTERED VOTERS.
