Lowers the retirement age of race horse jockeys from 60 to 55 years old so that they will have more time to enjoy the fruits of their labor and have more opportunities to practice other horse-racing professions such as horse trainers, or even train jockeys immediately after their retirement. |

Abstract
"The Race Horse Jockeys Retirement Act of 2008."
