ABSTRACT : Quality education has taken second place to quantity in our educational system. Elementary and secondary schools, particularly public schools, are operating below standards due inadequate facilities and lack of well-trained educators and classrooms. This bill seeks to double the Special Education Fund in order to give schools the necessary facilities needed by children and to enable teachers to undergo skills upgrading through seminars and training. | |

Abstract
Quality education has taken second place to quantity in our educational system.
