ABSTRACT : "The Cellular Phone Ban in Airplanes Act of 2004," The use of cellular phones while on board an airplane is dangerous since they emit electro-magnetic frequencies which interfere, alter or jam computer programmed precision instruments. For the safety of passengers, the bill declares as unlawful for any person to use cellular phones upon boarding an airplane within the Philippine territory and during the entire flight. |
