| ABSTRACT : "The Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Law of 2004." The bill seeks to broaden the base of the katipunan ng kabataan by amending the maximum age of membership from 21 years old to 23 years old. It likewise proposes to amend the age requirement for sangguniang kabataan officials from "at least fifteen (15) years but not over twenty one (21) years of age" to "AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) BUT NOT MORE THAN TWENTY THREE (23) YEARS OF AGE." |

Abstract
"The Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Law of 2004." The bill seeks to broaden the base of the katipunan ng kabataan by amending the maximum age of membership from 21 years old to 23 years old.
