ABSTRACT : The bill mandates the Department of Education (DepEd) to include in the curricula of all private and public schools courses on human rights. The DepEd shall consult with the Commission on Human Rights on the writing, printing and publication of textbooks, manuals and other reading materials to be used in said courses. | |
