| ABSTRACT : "National Heritage Act of 2004." The bill proposes the creation of the National Heritage Commission which shall be charged with the following functions, among others: a) to establish policies for the identification, recording and management of heritage resources; b) to promulgate rules and regulations pertaining to conservation; and c) to administer funding of conservation projects. |
