SHORT TITLE : Decency in Public Service Act of 2004
ABSTRACT : "Decency in Public Service Act of 2004." To foster high ethical standards and morality in the service, the bill bans all public officials and employees from entering, playing and patronizing casinos operated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation and by private entities. The prohibition also extends to the spouses of public officials and employees since they are viewed as the alter ego or extension of public servants.
