SHORT TITLE : Magna Carta For Local Civil Registry Personnel | |
ABSTRACT : Provides for a more responsive and accountable local government structure whereby local government units shall be given more power, authority, responsibilities, and resources; promotes and improves the social and economic well-being of the Local Civil Registry personnel, their living and working conditions and terms of employment; defines the functions and responsibilities of the Local Civil Registry Offices; develops their skills and capabilities in order that they will be more responsive and better equipped to deliver various programs and projects attached thereto to their mandate; and encourages those with proper qualification and and excellent abilities to join and remain in government service. | |

Abstract
