SHORT TITLE : "Rural Health Unit Doctors Benefits and Incentives Act of 2004" |
ABSTRACT : "Rural Health Unit Doctors Benefits and Incentives Act of 2004". In addition to incentives and benefits granted under existing laws, the bill seeks to grant rural health doctors the following: a) hazard allowance; b) subsistence allowance; c) scholarship up to the third legitimate child; d) income tax exemption; e) automatic promotion to the next higher position; f) free legal representation; and g) zero interest on policy, salary and housing loans from the GSIS. |
