SHORT TITLE : The Investments and Incentives Code of the Philippines
ABSTRACT : "The Investments and Incentives Code of the Philippines." The bill seeks to harmonize and simplify the grant of fiscal and non-fiscal incentives to promote foreign and domestic investments in the country. The incentives being proposed, among others, are: income tax holiday, net operating loss carry over, 5% tax based on gross income, accelerated depreciation, capital equipment incentives and deferred imposition of the minimum corporate income tax.
