AN ACT AMENDING TITLE II OF BOOK II OF THE LABOR CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES (Amends the Labor Code of the Philippines by providing for the establishment of a National Apprenticeship System that includes on and off-the-job training components and with tripartite involvement and providing for the regulation and control of training apprentices on occupations and for matters connected therewith.)
