Abstract
This bill aims to : (a) Rationalize the development and improvement of public health facilities, equipment and services in the country, both local and national, including health centers, clinics, laboratories, and hospitals; (b) Provide for a systematic prioritization and rational upgrading of national and locally-adminis tered health facilities, equipment and services as provided for by the proposed National Health Facilities Enhancement Plan.
