| ABSTRACT : The bill provides, among others, the following: a) the establishment of an organic security for the Witness Protection, Security and Benefits Program; b) the imposition on the witness of a separate criminal liability for violation of the Memorandum of Agreement; and c) limits the extension of rights and benefits to relatives within the first degree of consanguinity. |

Abstract
The bill provides, among others, the following: a) the establishment of an organic security for the Witness Protection, Security and Benefits Program; b) the imposition on the witness of a separate criminal liability for violation of the Memorandum of Agreement; and c) limits the extension of rights and benefits to relatives within the first degree of consanguinity.
