ABSTRACT : "The Pregnancy Care Centers Act of 2010." Grants tax credits and rebates to agencies or organizations in the private sector that set up a pregnancy health care center which will provide pregnancy testing, pregnancy confirmation through ultra sound, mentoring and nurturing support, linkage to community resources, education, material aid, housing referrals, abstinence education for unmarried persons, and natural family planning methods for those married couples who are considering a postponement of their first of additional children.
