Abstract
States that no green card holder shall be eligible for appointment to any office in the government, or in any government-owne d or-controlled corporation, unless it is shown by clear evidence that he has made an irrevocable waiver of that status orthat he has surrendered his green card to the appropriate U.S. authority.
